Gauging from the numbers, not many of you heard Triple C’s debut offering, Custom Cars & Cycles. Shame. If you did, then you know TC wasn’t lying when he noted how dope “Diamonds & Maybachs Pt. 2” turned out to be. The Transformerz laced the Miami quartet with one of the smoothest and sickest instrumentals of the calendar year and Suede Royale more than adequately executed the hook. A ghetto symphony some would say.
Similar to how The Outlawz were with Pac, the thought will always linger “what if” Ross had decided to tackle this track solo? Cop or not, dude knows how to jump on beats like this and dismantle’em and, if nothing else, his flow has gotten significantly better over the years. The track turned out fine and what do you know? Just like that, I’m patiently waiting for Teflon Don in 2010.
Question. Anybody have part one?
