Cop: Stussy x Nike SB Trainerendor Low

Nike’s Trainerendor looks something like a mishmash between a Roshe Run, Zoom Revis, and Lunar Flow that somehow defies hybrid ugliness to become a shoe with an intriguing silhouette. Skate shoe? Crosstrainer? Runner? Yes to all of the above.

Although not a real hybrid, the shape of the Trainerendor harkens back to the heyday of Nike crosstrainers, when rocking kicks endorsed by Barry Sanders or Brett Favre gave you almost the same amount of respect as a fresh pair of Jordans. Stussy was quick to recognize the greatness of the Trainerendor and teamed up with the Nike to create the skate-inspired version and it’s a doozy.

The first shoe of the pack rolls with a nylon mesh upper, leather forefoot strap, royal blue gradient speckled swoosh, while the other pair goes decidedly louder. A reflective upper covered in polka dots, suede forefoot strap and reflective lime green speckled swoosh make it the more boisterous of the two. Both kicks have the Stussy logo emblazoned on the tongue and sport a full rubber outsole, which is refreshing given Nike’s recent use of partial rubber outsoles on its Sportswear shoes.

Stussy’s Trainerendor drops December 14th at Stussy Flagship stores. Better start lining up now.
