Last night the Titans controlled the ball for 35 and a half minutes and accrued almost twice as many first downs as the Broncos, yet the Broncos still won decisively, 34-20. Denver probably would have done a better job at ball control if their players didn't keep on running untouched to the end zone: the Broncs had four scoring plays of 40+ yards en route to a home win that tied them for first in the AFC West at 5-5.
Brandons Stokley and Marshall scored on receptions of 48 and 41 yards, Glenn Martinez returned a punt 80 yards, and rookie Andre Hall filled in for injured Selvin Young with a 62-yard romp for the Broncos, who also intercepted Vince Young twice in the fourth quarter to seal the game. Young had been sharp until then, hitting receivers and running dangerously, but the Titans were undone by dropped passes and turnovers (when they weren't undone by long TDs, that is). Also undone? My pants. Call me ladies.
