With Leather’s Watch This: Baseball Has Finally Returned From That Hellish Void

This is a Korean movie entitled, Mr. Go, about a gorilla that plays baseball, and I have no clue on Earth what to make of it. I respect the fact that they used “Walk of Life” in the trailer, because that’s an awesome movie trailer song, but towards the second half, I’m under the impression that the gorilla goes insane and kills everyone in the stadium.

What I’m trying to say is why does Korea get the awesome baseball monkey movie and we get Ed?

(H/T to the Big Lead)

MLB: Cubs at Rockies – 8:30 PM ET on WGN

First night back from the All-Star break and this is all we get?

MLB: Yankees at Red Sox – 11:00 PM ET on MLB Network

Oh okay, we also get this game after it has already been played. Cool. To MLB.tv I go.

Mexican League Soccer: Querétaro vs. Monarcas – 8:25 PM ET on ESPN 2

I don’t know a thing about either of these teams or any of their players, but I bet the concession stands have awesome food.

Boxing: Ajose-Lundy (light welterweights) – 10:30 PM ET on ESPN 2

We still have to wait another week for UFC on Fox 8 and Rory MacDonald vs. Jake Ellenberger (and that other big fight) so you’ll have to live with this for now.
