I couldn’t believe it when I heard about it, but apparently soccer fans acted crazy and violent during a match this weekend, and now my whole opinion of that peaceful, friendly sport may be damaged beyond repair. As Galatasaray was leading Beskitas 2-1, Felipe Melo made a slide attempt at the ball and knocked an opposing player to the ground in the process. Melo was booted from the game and the fans just went absolutely apesh*t.
Seriously, they stormed the field with plastic chairs as weapons. This is why I just don’t ever want to leave my house anymore.

I have so many fantasy football implications in tonight’s game and all I want to do is go to sleep at 8 PM and wake up 10 hours later. Whatever, it’ll take a miracle by any of tonight’s players to stop the avalanche of complaining that is coming for Colin Kaepernick tomorrow.

I read that tonight’s show will involve the details of main event at “Battleground” and I started thinking about Battletoads and decided that I want to spend the next hour playing that old game online.

Game 3? What happened to games 1 and 2? Oh that’s right, I didn’t watch them. Best of luck to whoever likes these teams.
MLB: Nationals at Cardinals – 8 PM ET on MLB Network
Nationals Manager Davey Johnson said that he wants to get revenge on the Cardinals for an earlier season sweep and last year’s Divisional Round of the playoffs by sweeping them this week and costing them the National League Central. How about you get revenge by not sucking earlier in the season and in the Divisional Round of the playoffs? I can’t wait to always remember Davey for his final season of “Meh.”
