But while Triple H convalesces in the wake of his big knockout, pieces are already falling into place for Hell in a Cell. What twists and turns lie ahead on the path to the place where rivalries are settled? WWE.com has five possibilities for Monday night’s Raw. (via WWE.com)
Our five-point preview:
1. Triple H got punched in the face once last week, so look for all three hours of tonight’s show to be guys like Kofi Kingston and Zack Ryder being put through the ringer as punishment. If this involves 8 Shield matches, so be it.
2. Bray Wyatt suffered a deeply bruised calf muscle at a WWE event this week, so thank God they’ve spent 80% of his time on the main roster with him sitting in a rocking chair. If Rowan and Harper carry the chair on their shoulders emperor-style it’ll be even better. Give Bray Wyatt the Paul Heyman/John Laurinaitis scooter! THE SCOOTER OF WORLDS!
3. Who’s ready for some drama about whether Shawn Michaels is gonna be Triple H’s Young Boy or call it down the middle? WHO IS READY FOR SO MUCH OF THAT
4. Tonights should also feature a heavy amount of drama regarding the return of John Cena, featuring characters being super upset that John Cena will be here soon to the point they cannot control themselves or keep focus long enough to win matches. Cena should return in an Undertaker entrance costume where he’s a giant evil bat or something and just snatch the title away from a screaming Del Rio.
