Going into this World Cup, most people who knew anything about soccer thought that America didn’t stand a chance to make it out of Group G. Ghana was there to stop us, but then we beat them. So, today we faced off against Germany, who many predict could win the World Cup. This game was big! So big in fact that it gave just about everybody in America the excuse to slack it at work and watch the U.S. take on Germany. Even President Obama and friends took time off from their busy schedule to catch the game.
