Roman Reigns Was Just Rushed To The Hospital For Emergency Surgery

Via WWE.com, Roman Reigns has been taken to a Tennessee hospital for emergency surgery, putting his appearance at tomorrow’s Night Of Champions pay-per-view in jeopardy.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — WWE.com has learned Roman Reigns has been rushed to a Nashville, Tenn., hospital to undergo emergency surgery for an incarcerated hernia. Reigns had been in Nashville to promote tomorrow’s Night of Champions event. His recovery time will be evaluated by the local surgeon and WWE physician Dr. Chris Amann following today’s operation. Check back with WWE.com for updates on Reigns’ condition.

Reigns is supposed to face Seth Rollins on Sunday’s pay-per-view. The good news, I guess, is that they had the match early on Monday’s Raw, and the NOC contest was suddenly being billed as a “rematch.”

So if Reigns is out and misses the show, does Dean Ambrose definitely show up and wreck Seth Rollins? Regardless, we wish Roman a safe surgery and a speedy recovery.
