Watch This Kid Almost Kill Himself In A Weightlifting-Gone-Wrong Training Session

The snatch is a Olympic weightlifting move where the bar goes from the floor over your head in a violent motion. It’s not easy to do, and if you’re not trained properly, you can really hurt yourself (and others).

In this video, a kid attempts a 135-lb snatch with his friend “trainer” looking on. It doesn’t go well. It doesn’t go well at all. In fact, he’s lucky he didn’t get seriously injured.

Sadly, our friend here will likely end up as a Crossfit instructor, teaching his
unorthodox methods to would-be lifting enthusiasts.
