I’m confident I’ve watched ESPN’s First Take fewer than 10 times in my entire life. And the times I have watched, it’s been because either Skip Bayless or Stephen A. Smith had a hot sports take that made its way into my twitter timeline.
This is one of those times.
The set-up is almost always the same. A deep sigh, followed by Bayless or Smith giving a disclaimer such as “I want to be clear right now…,” followed by a minute or two of uninterrupted nonsense. Afterwards, the other guy gives his rebuttal which is just as silly, or perhaps even sillier.
Did I sum up this particular video? Probably. Skip Bayless thinks Johnny Manziel is an alcoholic and a liar and he is concerned.
So there’s that.
