UFC On Fox 14 Live Discussion: Who’s Next For Jon Jones, Rumble Or Gus?

This Saturday night, Stockholm, Sweden gets some top-level MMA action as UFC on Fox 14 is taking place from the Tele2 Arena. The action starts with early prelims on Fight Pass at 4:00 PM ET, with flyweight action between Chris Beal and Neil Seery. I’m always a fan of flyweights, so these two should have a good scrap. Also on the early prelims is a heavyweight battle between Viktor Pesta and the debuting Konstantin Erokhin, the first of many Russians on this card. It’s always fun to go from fast flyweights to lumbering heavies.

The regular prelims will be on Fox Sports 1 starting at 5:00 PM ET, and there’s everything from featherweights on up to light heavyweight fights. Mairbek Taisumov, Sultan Aliev, and Albert Tumenov continue the Russian invasion, while Nico Musoke represents Sweden. The fights I’m looking forward to on this portion of the card are Taisumov versus Christodoulou at lightweight, Nikita Kyrlov and Stanislav Nedkov at light heavyweight, Makwan Amirkhani taking on Andy Ogle at featherweight, and the two welterweight bouts, Sultan Aliev taking on Kenny Robertson and Albert Tumenov versus Nico Musoke.

The main card will be on Fox starting at 8:00 PM ET. It begins with a featherweight clash between Akira Corassani and Sam Sicilia, then there’s a light heavyweight fight between #5 Phil Davis and #7 Ryan Bader to see who can crack the upper echelon of 205. The co-main event is a middleweight contest between Dan Henderson and Gegard Mousasi. The main event is basically a light heavyweight title eliminator between #1 Alexander Gustafsson and #3 Anthony Johnson.

The entire card looks pretty good, so join us in some Live Discussion for a rad night of fights.
