Manny Pacquiao Used Tickets For His Fight With Floyd Mayweather To Finalize A Deal On This $12 Million Mansion

Manny Pacquiao made an offer they couldn’t refuse.

The Filipino boxer was recently in a bidding war with two other buyers for a Beverly Hills home, one formerly owned by Sean Puffy Combs. The 10,000 square-foot mansion carried a hefty asking price of $12.5 million, but Pacquiao had something else the buyers were looking for, tickets to his May 2 fight with Floyd Mayweather. That ultimately served as the cherry on top.

“No doubt it helped,” said Pacquiao’s realtor, Elsa Nelson, according to Rogers. “The sellers are great fans of boxing and of Manny, so it was a big deal.”

The “completely furnished home” is a seven-bedroom, eight-bath masterpiece with a steam shower, spa and home theater. It very much looks like something from “Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous.”

Pacquiao previously lived in Los Angeles in a home currently on the market for $2.7 million.
