Rampage Jackson Is Off UFC 186 After Bellator Granted Injunction

Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, former UFC light heavyweight champion, has been pulled from the upcoming UFC 186 PPV card on April 25.

Jackson, who had three fights in Bellator MMA, claimed certain aspects of his contract weren’t fulfilled, allowing him to terminate the contract early and re-sign with the UFC. Bellator filed a lawsuit, and as of this morning, a judge granted the injunction, meaning Rampage won’t be fighting Fabio “The Iron Hillbilly” Maldonado in the co-main event.

This doesn’t necessarily mean Rampage is going back to Bellator, though, as it was only a preliminary injunction to prevent him from fighting on this card. As more information regarding this lawsuit becomes available, we will have updates.
