Now that All-Pro defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh has left the Lions and taken his talents to South Beach, he no longer has any use for his Detroit-area home. So, if you have the means, his Birmingham, Mich. estate can be yours for the bargain price of $3.45 million.

Listed with Hall & Hunter Realtors, the 7,394-square-foot home built in 2001 has five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and three half-baths, a massage room, and even an indoor sports court.

The view from the street is understated, showing a simple, two-story Colonial.

Once you get inside, it’s easy to tell it belongs to a multi-millionaire athlete when you see the media room and sports court.

The challenge now for the listing agent is finding someone in the market for this large estate. If it were me, the first call I’d make would be to the Lions’ newest defensive tackle. You have to figure that because Haloti Ngata already took Suh’s job, he might as well take his house, too.
