Tom Brady’s suspension for his role in DeflateGate has been in the works for quite some time but the hammer finally dropped Tuesday afternoon when Roger Goodell, citing a destroyed cell phone (among other things), handed down a four-game punishment. The NFL world was obviously full of opinions on Twitter. Some were shocked that the league would uphold the four-game suspension, especially since it will likely go to Federal Court. Others wondered why Brady would destroy his cell phone when the information could be obtained by other means.
And some players just wanted to call the Patriots cheaters.
