The American soccer heroes of the U.S. Women’s National Team got their coronation on Friday in New York City, where a ticker tape parade was thrown in their honor. It was the first parade down the Canyon of Heroes for anybody who isn’t the Yankees or Giants since 1999, and the first for women in 55 years, according to ESPN. I think it’s safe to say the women had a (deservedly) good time.
Let no one stop the neverending parade of good vibes that is the USWNT. Let’s just keep it going for four years until the next one, ‘kay?
