Brandon Weeden Set A Dallas Cowboys Passing Record, And Immediately Threw An Interception

There was some concern about Brandon Weeden before Sunday’s game between the Cowboys and the Falcons, unless you were Jerry Jones. He felt that Weeden has the most beautiful pass he’s ever seen and showed a lot of confidence in the QB he will be stuck with for the bulk of the season. And it must’ve worked because Weeden set a franchise record with 20 consecutive completed passes in a row.

Of course, as soon as this was announced and the Fox Sports crew cut back to a pregame conversation between former Cowboys QB Troy Aikman and Jimmy Johnson, Weeden decided he was done being a record setter and he tossed a pick to the Atlanta defense.
