We might not ever get to see Floyd Mayweather actually step into a ring with Ronda Rousey and settle their seemingly endless rivalry with fists, but we might have just gotten the next best thing. While Rousey is proving herself to be a bigger draw and tougher opponent than most of Mayweather’s recent choices (Pacquaio aside, even though the fight was terrible), it is unclear who would actually be the best in a showdown. But according to this custom video by Richie Branson on YouTube, Rousey will take him. And just to prove there was no shenanigans on his part, he explained how the fight was simulated in the description:
Well, now we know who would win if Floyd Mayweather and Ronda Rousey fought. I got bored and decided to play around with some texture files in my PC installation of Street Fighter IV. The result is this mayweather vs. rousey mod, lol. To eliminate bias, i simulated the Mayweather v. Rousey fight with both fighters controlled by the CPU.
Now obviously Floyd would never be that buff, even on his best day, so it just sorta looks like Balrog without hair (or some sort of jacked up mutant version of Mayweather and Tyson). But Cammy as Ronda Rousey looks fairly good and whips a lot of ass throughout.
The real Ronda Rousey also continued her verbal sparring with Mayweather, chatting with the TMZ folks while at the airport and responding to the news that his PPV numbers were down for his “final” fight with Andre Berto. They also had to shoehorn in about the whole Carl’s Jr. thing with Rousey saying that between Kim Kardashian, Kate Upton, and Paris Hilton, she’s the only one who can actually eat the sandwich. I still think that’s a load of crap, but whatever.
