Russell Wilson Pulls A Houdini On The Detroit Lions

There are few things more exciting than when Seattle quarterback Russell Wilson is really locked in and showing why he is the most elusive quarterback in the NFL. An excellent example of that came during Monday’s game against the Detroit Lions, in which Wilson looked like he was going to get blown up by Detroit’s Jason Jones on a 3rd-and-12. Jones beat a Seahawks lineman, had a free shot at Wilson, and barring something insane, Wilson was going down.

However, Wilson managed to make Jones miss, even though Jones had him wrapped up. After making another Lions defender miss, Wilson stepped up in the pocket and fired a dart to Jermaine Kearse for a big gain and a first down. This play is further proof that Wilson very well could be the hardest signal caller to take down on earth.
