The Houston Texans have had some quarterback troubles this season, but they received some help through the air on Sunday thanks to an unlikely gunslinger: wide receiver Cecil Shorts. The Texans called a sneaky double-pass in the third quarter of their matchup against the New York Jets and Shorts managed to lob up a long pass to running back Alfred Blue, who was wide open and easily took it into the endzone.
It might be time for the Texans to move Shorts under center…
