Check Out This Bizarre And Somewhat Confusing Injury From The Cowboys-Jets Game

The Cowboys are not very good at football right now. In fact, with Matt Cassel and Kellen Moore leading them at quarterback, they might be the worst team in the NFL. On Saturday night, they lost to the New York Jets 19-16 in what was otherwise a very boring game…except for that one thing that happened. You know what I’m talking about. Stop pretending like you didn’t see it.

WARNING: WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?

HUH?

Yep, that’s cornerback Byron Jones popping his knee (lower leg) back into place. And then he continued on like nothing happened. Here’s how he described the injury after the game.

“It just felt stuck for a little bit. I just straightened it out and it felt good,” he said in the postgame locker room. “I didn’t notice it was over to the side. I felt it stuck a little bit, so I just slowly straightened it and it just felt good from there.”

I certainly don’t want to accuse anyone of anything but yeah, Byron Jones is a mutant. He has a starring role in X-Men: Apocalypse.
