There are many ways to make a catch in sports. Behind the back, one-handed, running catch, diving catch, etc. However, Australian wicketkeeper Brad Haddin found a whole new way to make a catch using a part of his body no one would expect: his groin.

Yes, you read that correctly. A cricket player caught a ball with his groin. And to make matters worse, it got lodged in between his thighs. Haddin made the catch during Australia’s test series versus the West Indies. Haddin, no doubt hurting, composed himself long enough to wait until the catch was awarded before removing the ball.

But the ball was stuck.

Luckily, Haddin has awesome teammates who would do anything to help their fellow teammate out. Steve Smith reached down deep, in between Haddin’s legs, and dislodged the ball from its position.
