As fans of Antonio Cromartie are aware, the man has a lot of children. Years ago during HBO’s Hard Knocks, the Jets cornerback was asked to name all of his offspring in a segment that quickly went viral and was (easily) the most watched and DVR’d clip in the show’s history.

For reference:

At the time, Cromartie named off seven children from at least six women. Not too long after, in 2011 to be exact, Cromartie reportedly had a vasectomy. This is important to note because Antonio and his wife, Terricka, are expecting twins. The news obviously came as a shock, and for awhile, Terricka didn’t know what to say.

“I didn’t even tell Antonio right away because I didn’t think it was possible,” she adds. “I was going back and forth in my head how it could even happen. In my head we were good to go, we were having free sex! I just really thought that his procedure was the best protection you could have at this point.”

Antonio’s response when he found out? ‘Oh, s–t! Are you serious? How did this happen?'”

According to WebMd, vasectomies are 99.85 percent effective after the first year. So either Cromartie has the strongest swimmers in the world or a rare and spontaneous reconnection of the vas deferens occurred. I like to thank it’s a little of both.

Congrats you crazy lovebirds.

Blessed ????
