Conor McGregor Would ‘Slap The Head Off’ Any Clown That Comes Near Him

As if 2016 wasn’t enough of a whacked-out year already, we now also have a creepy clown epidemic to deal with as well. Over the past several months, reports have been growing of clowns appearing in the woods or outside of schools, scaring the beejeezus out of anyone that encounters them. This isn’t even a US specific problem. The situation was scaring kids in Cumbria, England so badly that the town deployed Batman to fight back.

We’re not sure if there have been many clown sightings in Ireland, but if there are clowns roaming the street they’ll want to steer clear of UFC fighter Conor McGregor.

“Yeah I’ve seen the people dressing up as clowns,” he said when asked about the epidemic. “I’d slap the heads off em. You see someone jumping out and screaming in your face wearing a clown mask? I’d slap the head off em, pull the clown mask off and stick it up his arse. What the f**k even is that? I don’t know what the f**k that is.”

McGregor’s just as confused about the new trend as everyone else, and all the fake stories and rumors about the clowns maybe being violent doesn’t help.

“Have people been killed?” he asked. “I haven’t heard people have been killed, you hear maybe there’s stabbings or something, but it’s f**ked up. Just don’t come near me in a clown suit. In fact, just don’t come near me period. Come near me, I’ll slap the head off you anyways. If you’re in a clown suit I’ll slap the head off you, more so.”
