In a week that deprived the world of Odell Beckham Jr. thanks to his one-game suspension, Dolphins’ receiver Jarvis Landry gave us this amazing one-handed catch to tide us over. Landry, a former teammate of OBJ at LSU, has had his own share of highlight reel catches this season but, as he’s the best player on a terrible team, doesn’t get quite as much of the spotlight.
Landry had a big day, grabbing seven receptions for 111 yards. Those numbers made him the first Miami Dolphin receiver to have over 100 catches and 1000 yards in a season. Despite all that (and the Colts being forced to use Charlie Whitehurst, their third-string QB) the Dolphins still found a way to lose, so at least that franchise milestone is something for him to hang his hat on as the Dolphins spend another postseason on their couch.
