Puppies puppies puppies! I have an over-the-top obsession with puppies, of any kind. Just wanted to throw that out there in case I seem overwhelmingly excited writing this: Jimmy Fallon used puppies on The Tonight Show to simulate, and ultimately predict the winner of this Saturday’s Kentucky Derby.
Fallon used 16 of the cutest puppies you have ever seen to represent each of the top 16 contenders for Saturday’s race. The winner was American Pharoah, who showed some real top-end speed and made it to the kibble long before anyone else. In second was Mubtaahij followed by Far Right in third. American Pharoah currently has 5-to-2 odds to win as of today, by the way.
Shoutout to the puppy representing War Story for standing its ground by refusing to even get out of the starting gate.
