What stands at 6-foot-8-inches, weighs 325 pounds, and is covered in tattoos? No, it’s not a demon from the Netherworld, but it is something that may haunt your dreams. Its name is Martyn Ford, an insanely huge bodybuilder who is adorably called the “Nightmare.” In just 10 years, Ford transformed himself from a 150-pound, scrawny 20-year-old into a creature with 4 percent body fat that would get some serious clobberin’ time in on Thing. To get to that mass, he eats over 6,500 calories per day (although you could top that in just one trip to Chipotle). If you need to see more of his insane photos and videos to get weight training tips for lifting multiple refrigerators, check out his Instagram. If you’ll excuse me, I’ll just go back to eating 3D Doritos and waiting for my copy of Fallout 4 to arrive.

Now that he has muscles bigger than tree trunks and a weekly grocery bill that’s about half my rent, Ford has set his sights on landing major film roles. Hell, if it worked for Dave Bautista and The Rock, why not for Martyn Ford? Just invest in a lot of makeup to cover up those tattoos, and he should be good to go. I feel like he’d also be great for a starring role in The Fifth Sense if Dolph Lundgren isn’t up for it. Do you think Martyn Ford will become a movie star?
