The topic of Ray Rice was bound to come up at some point during Michael Strahan’s visit to The Late Show, and I think he handled the entire thing pretty well. It’s not the full pro-NFL stance you might expect a guy like Starahan to take, but it’s also not fully demonizing the entire situation.
Where many people are scrambling to distance themselves from Rice and anything with his name on it, some are able to step back from the horrible parts of the situation and attempt to give some sort of reasoned response. That’s damn hard to do.
