One of the great traditions around college football is checking to see what crazy uniforms the University of Oregon is wearing week in and week out. A proud program under Nike co-founder and Oregon alum Phil Knight, the Ducks are always on the cutting edge of football fashion, and the Ducks won’t disappoint with their opening week threads.

As they take the field against Eastern Washington on Saturday, the Ducks will sport a black & yellow scheme from head to toe. Their black jerseys sport an awesome variation of the winged shoulder design that they’ve often rocked in the past, but the centerpiece might be the winged helmet:
