How Does Oregon’s Glow-In-The-Dark Uniform Stack Up Against Their 2014 Jerseys?

The Oregon Ducks have been one of the best football programs in the nation for the better part of a decade, winning at least 10 games in seven-straight seasons, including victories in two Rose Bowls and making it to two National Championships. Still, the team is possibly best known by the casual fan for its uniforms.

The Ducks are test dummies for Nike’s wildest uniform ideas, which creates the most innovative jerseys and also, on occasion, the ugliest outfits ever seen on a football field. Their newest idea might fall somewhere in between. Earlier this week, the team’s official Twitter account hinted at the possibility of glow-in-the-dark uniforms.

There’s no confirmation from the school that this is a thing that’s actually happening, but the thought of the team coming out of the tunnel during a night game in these is a pretty awesome visual.

It also made us want to go back and look at all the uniforms Oregon broke out last season, and see how this glowing prototype compares to what they sporting in 2014. Here are all of them:
