Watch Peyton Manning Throw A Horrific Pick-Six Against The Chiefs

Peyton Manning didn’t look very good in Denver’s season opener against Baltimore last week. Denver’s quarterback went 24-for-40 with 175 yards, no touchdowns and an interception. The worst thing for him after that would probably be a short week against a pretty good defense on the road, so naturally, the Broncos had to head into Kansas City to play the Chiefs at Arrowhead on Thursday night.

Manning’s first half in KC was…not great. The lowest lowlight for him came when he threw an interception that Chiefs rookie Marcus Peters took to the house for a 55-yard touchdown. It almost looked like Manning forgot how to throw a ball halfway through his throwing motion. He also locked in on his receiver and put no zip behind the ball, so this may be the easiest interception that Peters gets during his rookie campaign.

Hopefully Manning is able to work through whatever physical issues he has – he was on Denver’s injury report this week with a back issue – and he’s able to sling the ball around the way that we all know he can.
