Watch Prince Fielder Trip Over Third Base In Super Slow-Mo, Set To ‘Chariots Of Fire’

Throughout his career, Prince Fielder has made a habit of hilariously falling down (see here and here), and it never gets any less funny with each new tumble.

His latest came Tuesday night in Arlington when he tried to score from second base on a first inning single. Fielder rounded third with a full head of steam and was hell-bent on chugging his way to an early Rangers lead. Instead, the ever-graceful first baseman was moving a little quicker than his feet were willing to carry him, and he wound up taking a digger just a few feet from third base.

Luckily for Fielder, he was able to pick himself up and scamper safely back to third. However, he was not able to prevent his teammates (and a stadium full of people) from laughing hysterically at his misfortune.

He was also not able to stop me from slowing down the sequence and setting it to “Chariots of Fire.”
