Does This Quote From Ronda Rousey About ‘Revenge’ Mean She’s Coming Back Soon?

Ronda Rousey’s redemption tour is starting to pick up steam. Hot on the heels of her #PerfectNever Reebok campaign comes this appearance at the Women In Action female empowerment meeting in Chicago, where she told Good Morning America host Robin Roberts “I want to win my belt back!”

She also shared another story from her firebrand of a mother, former Judo World Champion AnnMaria De Mars.

“Earmuffs for all the little kids, they told me not to swear, but here’s my mom’s mom-ism,” she said with a laugh. “This is the advice her coach gave her. I was a little pre-teen when she gave this to me because I went to the junior nationals and I lost to Alexandra Cotton. I ended up fighting her later and my mom pulled me aside before the match, she’s like ‘I’m going to tell you what my coach told me. He said ‘Winning is a bitch, but revenge is a motherf**ker!'”

We’re pretty sure that saying goes ‘Losing is a bitch, but revenge is a motherf**ker.’ This must be just another way Ronda is expressing her new mantra that she doesn’t have to be perfect all the time. There’s still no word on when Ronda will return to the Octagon, but word is she’ll get first crack at whoever is holding her former 135 pound women’s bantamweight belt when she does.
