The Atlanta Braves Had A ‘Take Your Dog To The Park’ Promotion And The Results Were Adorable

Over the course of a 162-game season, baseball can endure the occasional lull. The Atlanta Braves combated that lull by allowing their fans to bring their dogs for their game against the Cincinnati Reds on Sunday. It’s a genius move by the Braves marketing department. How could a fan possibly be upset by a loss when they’re sitting next to a puppy like this?

The Braves coined the day #barkinthepark, which could actually bring quite the home-field advantage. Trying to hit a 95 mph fastball while thousands of dogs are barking sounds pretty intimidating. Baseball is always looking for new ways to keep their product interesting; dogs are the answer.

These guys definitely agree.
