Bill Belichick addressed the media this morning about DeflateGate and unsurprisingly, he had no knowledge about what happened, how it happened and why it happened. In fact, he was “shocked.” Again, Bill Belichick, arguably the smartest coach in the league, a coach who knows the in’s and out’s of every NFL rule, a man who will likely go in the Hall of Fame says he has “never touched a game ball before” and was “totally unaware of what was going on” until Monday morning.
