Watch Disturbing Video Of Kentucky QB Drew Barker Getting Sucker-Punched In A Dorm

It sometimes feels like the University of Kentucky is a one-sport school, with the way their powerhouse basketball program gets all the news. But today, it’s their football team grabbing headlines for all the wrong reasons.

On January 25, three UK players were on Eastern Kentucky University’s campus, including quarterback Drew Barker, and they made their presence felt.

According to Kentucky.com, Barker and teammates Dorian Baker and Tymere DuBose were involved in a fight with Colton Scurry of Eastern Kentucky. Scurry appears to have started the fight, but definitely got the worst of it.

Later that night, Drew and his boys were in the lobby of the dorm in question when EKU defensive lineman Patrick Graffree perpetrated the cold-cocking you see above, which was released today by the university. It could have been retribution for the earlier incident.

A look at UK’s football schedule for 2015 reveals that, hey, wouldn’t you know it… Kentucky faces EKU at home on October 3! Sure, one’s an SEC school (technically), and the other is in the FCS, but that only makes the matchup more exciting. It’s now sure to be the most anticipated FBS vs. FCS game since the Michigan-Appalachian State rematch.
