There’s no rhyme or reason to this fight. It’s more or less random shenanigans as players turn a soccer game into a scene out of Mortal Kombat. It appears to start after one of the players boots the ball into the stands after a goal. That’s when Mr. Tough Guy Goalie trips him. Then, it’s like a game of dominoes as everyone takes their turn walloping this dude with punches and kicks. Finally, someone comes to his defense. Some brave soul said, “Enough is enough.” That brave soul then spent the next 45 seconds running for his dear life.
According to Deadspin, the video from a Greek league game was never supposed to see the light of day.
