Check Out This Huge Throw By Yoenis Cespedes From The Warning Track To Third Base

Goodness gracious, what a throw by Yoenis Cespedes of the New York Mets. In the top of the ninth inning during Saturday’s game between the Mets and Pirates, Sean Rodriguez hit a floater into left-center field, splitting the gap. Rodriguez tried to round second for a triple, but Cespedes wasn’t about to have any of that nonsense, rocketing a ball all the way in to third for the out.

The Pirates would win 5-3, but Cespedes should take comfort in knowing that his arm is actually a bona fide howitzer. Seriously, the guy has a history of throwing it from one end of the diamond to the other.
