30 Rock (NBC, 8 p.m.) — Either Liz Lemon is getting hitched to Criss Chros in the finest designer sweatpants she could find in the 30 Rock lost and found box, with Dennis Duffy present, or NBC has been toying with our emotions the past couple of weeks. Either scenario could very easily be true.
The Office (NBC, 9 p.m.) — “Stanley and Phyllis take advantage of Jim when he needs a favor.” I approve of any and all Stanley B-plots and messing with Jim shenanigans.
Person of Interest (CBS, 9 p.m.) — It’s a mini-Lost reunion, with Mark Pellegrino (Jacob) joining Michael Emerson in tonight’s episode. Related: be sure to check out an excerpt from critic Alan Sepinwall’s book, The Revolution Was Televised, about Lost on Grantland. And then look at this recent picture of Evangeline Lilly (Kate), who looks very different since her Fish Biscuits days. And then remember Lost is awesome.
Parks and Recreation (NBC, 9:30 p.m.) — “Leslie asks the public for park design suggestions but is suspicious when the best design comes from an Eagleton architect.” Oh, how I hate those non-obese, non-Taliban soldier welcoming, non-miniature horse loving BASTARDS in Eagleton.
It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia (FX, 10 p.m.) — Judging by a still from tonight’s episode, “Frank’s Back in Business,” expect an extended Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps parody.
Burn Notice (USA, 10 p.m.) — Funny human Patton Oswalt guest stars as a smuggler, which is a good role for him, but not “crooked constable” good.
The League (FX, 10:30 p.m.) — J.B. SMOOVE ALERT J.B. SMOOVE ALERT J.B. SMOOVE ALERT. I wish my ringtone was Leon saying “Danny Duberstein” over and over again.
LATE NIGHT GUESTS: Newt Gingrich on Leno; Kristin Davis and Nat Faxon on Ferguson; Jason Sudeikis, Dick Van Dyke, and Nas on Conan; Calvin Trillin on Stewart; and Sean Carroll on Colbert.
