Unless you went to film school or something, there’s a good chance you might not know that “Foley” is the term used to describe the reproduction of sounds in post production to enhance the audio quality of films, TV shows, etc. The technique is named after Jack Foley, a Hollywood sound effects pioneer.
With that said, I was ignorant of this when I initially watched this video and was all “Heh…I don’t get it.” But then I watched it again after having been schooled on what Foley is and I was all “Oh…OH…BRILLIANT!” So there you go.
