Good news and bad news.
Bad news: The Houston area suffered a significant hail storm this week that saw quarter-size ice balls rain from the heavens, damaging cars, homes, and the greenhouse at a local nonprofit facility for adults with special needs.
Good news: The news team reporting the incident pointed a camera at a woman named Michelle Clark, put a microphone in front of her face, and documented what I can only describe as MAGIC. Like, Kai the Hitchhiker/Sweet Brown magic. Her description of the whole thing is amazing. I have been saying for years that weather reports could be improved by words like “KABOOYOW,” and now we finally have proof. Take note, Weather Channel.
