Yes, Adam Scott, the actor, heard your jokes after Adam Scott, the golfer, won the Masters this weekend. And yes, he is getting tired of them. Very tired. Or at least that’s what he told the world last night on Conan, when he walked out and delivered an impassioned plea for everyone to cool it a little. I can’t imagine how annoying it must have been on Sunday when all that was going on. If nothing else the poor guy’s Twitter mentions turned into a damn trash heap, and I’ve got to believe he also got flooded with emails and texts galore. The fact that he’s able to have a sense of humor about the whole thing just reaffirms something I’ve suspected for a long time: Adam Scott = Pretty cool dude.
