What’s On Tonight: Finally, A Tuesday With TV Worth Seeing

Suits (USA, 10 p.m.) — If you hadn’t noticed from the ads on the site today already, the best show smart people don’t talk about, USA Network’s Suits, is back. Here’s 10 things you may not know about the cast, like the fact that Meghan Markle was a model on Deal or No Deal, which still blows my mind.

Covert Affairs (USA, 9 p.m.) — Covert Affairs also returns tonight, but honestly, I avoid this show because I like to remember Piper Perabo the way she’s meant to be remembered: From Coyote Ugly. But, if you want a primer on Covert Affairs and all the USA Network shows, Danger has you covered.

The MLB All-Star Game (Fox, 7:30 p.m.) — What I remember most about the All-Star game is that, back when I used to watch a lot of Sportscenter (when it was still great), the day after the All-Star game was the slowest sports day of the year, which meant basically two days of highlights from a typically dull exhibition game.

Extreme Weight Loss (ABC, 8 p.m.) — In tonight’s episode, a 432 pound woman attempts to lose weight. You know how they could ratchet up the drama on these extreme weight loss shows? Start with someone who already weighs less than 100 pounds and see if he or she can make themselves disappear. Maybe start with the producers of this show.

Whose Line Is It Anyway? (CW, 8 p.m.) — I haven’t given the new Whose Line Is It Anyway? a shot yet, but they’re high on it over on Vulture.

Drunk History (Comedy Central, 10 p.m.) — Matt Besser is in tonight’s episode, which features Al Capone and Abe Lincoln.

LATE NIGHT LISTINGS: Bill Maher is on Dave; Zachary Levi is on Leno; Kimmel has Liev Schreiber; Ferguson has JON HAMM; Bruce Willis is on Fallon; Helen Mirren stops by The Daily Show; and Howie Mandel is on Conan.
