Still coming down from the high delivered by his ice cream’s cameo during the penultimate episode of Breaking Bad, Stephen Colbert found the perfect opportunity to draw way-too-perfect parallels between the shuttering U.S. government and Vince Gilligan’s iconic television program on The Colbert Report.
