Louis C.K. Is Making More Shows For FX

It’s been nearly 15 months since the last new episode of Louie, and no amount of Blue Jasmine and American Hustle appearances can make up for this most grievous of sins. To make up for the lack of penis parades, Louis C.K. has inked an “exclusive TV series pact” with FX, guaranteeing years of Pig Newton title cards to come.

FX Networks has locked up Louis C.K.’s services as a writer and director on TV series for the foreseeable future, inking a multi-year overall deal with the hyphenate’s Pig Newton banner.

[The deal] calls for Pig Newton to develop pilots and series exclusively for FX Networks outlets, with C.K. retaining the option to write or direct any of the projects and also serve as exec producer. (Via)

Should any of the new shows air on FXX, that gets us one step closer to the world’s perfect channel: All Simpsons, Sunny, Swanson, and C.K., All the Time. (Easy A can still air three times a night, too.)
