Weekend Preview: Jimmy Fallon And Justin Timberlake On 'SNL'

Blue Bloods (CBS, Friday 9 p.m. — Despite the fact that it airs on a Friday night, and NOBODY under the age of 50 watches it, Blue Bloods was somehow the 11th most watched series of the year in total viewers. Never underestimate the power Tom Selleck’s moustache on old people.

The Carrie Diaries/Nikita (CW, Friday 8 p.m.) — On the other end of the spectrum, no one under 18 apparently watches these shows, neither of which managed to break the top 100 most watched series of the year. They are, however, first-runs tonight, which is about all they have going for them.

Christmas in Washington (TNT, Friday 8 p.m.) — Hugh Jackman hangs out with the President, and I think they’re going to decorate the hobos that hang around the Supreme Court building with tinsel. FESTIVE.

Saturday Night Live (NBC, Saturday 11:30) — The 39th season winter finale goes out in style, bringing back two of the show’s best hosts, Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake (who will serve as musical guest). Check out the promos.

Sunday Night Football (NBC, Sunday 8:20 p.m.) — If you are in your fantasy football championship, there’s a good chance you have either Peyton Manning, Jamaal Charles, or two of the players in this week’s Sunday night matchup between the Chicago Bears and the Philadelphia Eagles: LeSean McCoy or Alshon Jeffery. Good luck.

Burning Love (E!, Sunday 3:30 a.m.) — I haven’t been able to check out this parody of The Bachelor, though I hear it’s quite excellent. E! is not making it any easier by scheduling the second series finale at 3:30 IN THE MORNING.
