What’s On Tonight: ‘Archer’ Is Back And Fred Armisen Cheats On Seth Meyers

How I Met Your Mother (CBS, 8 p.m.) — The gang must learn how to make the Stinson Hangover Fixer Elixir to help Barney recover on the day of the wedding. The secret ingredient: love. Or maybe scotch.

The Blacklist (NBC, 10 p.m.) — Oh how I’ve missed James Spader’s hats and vests.

Archer (FX, 10 p.m. — Malory buys a bus and takes everyone on a road trip. GET EXCITED.

Chozen (FX, 10:30 p.m.) — It’s disappointing that Chozen isn’t better than it is. There are so many good people involved — Bobby Moynihan, Danny McBride, Kathryn Hahn, Method Man, Hannibal Buress, etc. — but if it wasn’t on after Archer, I probably wouldn’t watch it.

The Tanning of America: One Nation Under Hip Hop (VH1, 11 p.m.) — VH1’s history of hip hop from 1970-1986 could be very, very good, or very, very bad.

LATE NIGHT GUESTS: Kaley Cuoco on Letterman; Reese Witherspoon, Fred Armisen, and Rick Ross on Fallon; Liam Neeson on Kimmel; Zooey Deschanel on Ferguson; Amy Poehler and Joe Biden on Meyers; Jonah Hill and Lupita Nyong’o on Conan; Hooman Majd on Stewart; and Darlene Love on Colbert.
