TV Land Has Pulled All Scheduled Reruns Of ‘The Cosby Show’ Following The Latest Sexual Allegations

After Janice Dickinson came out as the 15th woman to accuse Bill Cosby of rape and sexual assault, you knew things were going to happen quick. NBC and Netflix already canceled their planned Cosby related projects, but now it seems that even the classic Cosby programming is being affected.

TV Land is removing all planned reruns of The Cosby Show from their schedule. It isn’t the only network that shows the classic sitcom, but the move does paint a dreary picture for its future on the airwaves. I can’t imagine any network or Hulu and Amazon, who hold streaming rights, will continue to make it available for much longer.

Elsewhere, The AP released this behind the scenes footage from an interview with Cosby where the comedian once again refuses to talk about the sexual allegations against him. The damning part comes after the interview has ended and Cosby asks the reporter to ensure that none of the exchange will be shown.

Seeing how it is on YouTube and we’re posting it here, It is safe to say that the AP did not agree to Cosby’s request. It is a little shocking that they would release this footage, but they have no promise of loyalty to Bill Cosby in this situation. It’d make sense if it was TMZ or something. Either way, I think we can say with certainty that this is not looking good for Bill Cosby.
