Thanks To Conan, You’ll Soon Be Able To Buy Nick Offerman’s Solid Wood Emojis For Charity

I always think it’s pretty cool when a one off late night television sketch can turn into something great and helpful. Sometimes it is bad, like Fallon’s super popular “EW!” series of sketches, but this time around it’s pretty good.

We highlight Conan’s fake infomercial for Nick Offerman’s handcrafted wooden emojis earlier in November, but it seems like the fan reaction to them was a lot more than they expected. So Team Coco got the bright idea to make a limited run of the beautiful, lacquered pieces and sell them off to help charity.

There will only be 100 of the emojis created, featuring all of the ones we saw in the original sketch, and they’re going for the hefty price of $100 a piece. Now the good part is that every dime is going to help the Children’s Defense Fund, meaning that you can get one of these pop culture keepsakes AND give to the needy.

Not bad, plus we get another instance of the show being able to say sh*t on the air. I can’t get away with it, but TBS can. This can only mean that they’ll be changing the name of the network soon enough: TBS, the sh*tty station. It doesn’t roll of the tongue, but it will grow on you.
