Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer of Broad City were guests on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, and being that it was their first time on an “LA late night Hollywood show” they decided to abandon the hot dresses they had picked out and splurge on a stylist to fix them up. But of course, these are literally just Dumb and Dumber suits.
Think about that. These are two up-and-coming comedic actresses with a critically acclaimed cable series — still probably unknown to a good percentage of the viewing audience — on their first late night show. And they wore Dumb and Dumber suits. Not that it’s a competition or anything, but that might actually beat out Hannibal Buress wearing a jumpsuit with his face printed on it on Late Night with Seth Meyers. I did not think that I could love these two ladies more.
In the second part of the interview, Abbi and Ilana talk about the writing process on Broad City and how they came about writing a scene that appears on Wednesday night’s episode — in which Abbi apparently gets naked and sings for three minutes straight. Don’t want to miss that!
